An idea for a restaurant at which all the dishes are named after people you vaguely know, but you don’t tell any of them about it.

An idea for a bar called “Toast Bar” – guests are served one hot, fresh pile of buttered toast alongside their drinks. White, whole wheat or rye, obviously.

An idea for a restaurant called “Normal Meal.” The restaurant would serve one meal every night – cooked for everyone who had dinner at the restaurant. The efforts of the restaurant staff would instead be devoted to cooking - to order- any dessert a guest could think of. Normal meal = the dinner + dessert of your choice.

An idea for a cafe that is open late at night, like a bar, but doesn’t serve any alcohol, only tea. For people who want to hang out late at night in a buzzy environment but don’t feel like drinking or being around drunk people.
